Hello and welcome! I'm Jade, a 38-year-old mum of two beautiful girls, and I am thrilled to share my journey with you. After many years in the corporate world, I have finally taken the big leap to pursue my true passion: helping other women become the best versions of themselves.
From a young age, I found myself trapped in a cycle of abusive relationships that lasted over a decade. During this time, I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and put on medication. Attracting one narcissist after another, I slowly lost my self-confidence and felt completely disconnected from who I was. I was stuck in a very toxic cycle and couldn't see a way out. Along my journey, I discovered the transformative power of spirituality, energy healing, and meditation. These practices became my lifeline, helping me to rebuild my self-esteem, find inner peace, and reconnect with my true self. Now, 20 years on, I am in a loving relationship and have dedicated my life to following my passion for helping other women become "unstuck" and realize their full potential.
I have poured my heart and soul into creating a special space where you can come to relax and reconnect with yourself. Offering a range of holistic treatments, including Reiki, Sound healing, Indian head massage, Meditation, and Chakra rebalancing, as well as Spiritual Life Coaching, I aim to provide a nurturing environment for your personal growth and transformation. I understand the challenges and struggles that come with feeling lost and disconnected. My mission is to support and empower you on your path to wellness, balance, and inner peace. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, enhance your spiritual connection, or simply find more joy and balance in your everyday life, I am here to guide and support you. In my spare time, I love spending quality moments with my daughters, exploring nature, and continuing my journey of learning and growth in holistic practices.
